Return Policy
RETURN WINDOW:
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
RETURN COSTS:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and any applicable taxes. However, if the item received is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, we will cover the shipping costs.
PROCESSING TIME:
Returns are typically processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the package. If approved, the refund will be processed within 1-2 business days, and funds will be credited to the original payment method.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
Items that have been washed or damaged due to misuse.
Products with missing parts (e.g., labels, tags, or accessories).
Items stained by substances such as makeup, perfume, deodorant, or smoke,
rendering them unsellable.
Items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Items returned outside the allowed 14-day window.
Packages without the return form or without clear identification (order
number and email).
If any of the above conditions are met, we reserve the right to return the items to you at your expense.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
If a package is rejected without a valid reason, it may not be eligible
for a full refund.
